By accessing or using Pairly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Pairly is a dating platform designed for meaningful connections through compatibility-based matching.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pairly. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Pairly reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Pairly, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

When using Pairly, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Love Coins & Payments

Pairly offers Love Coins, an in-app currency used for features such as sending gifts. Love Coins are purchased with real currency and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6. Gifts

Users may purchase virtual gifts using Love Coins and send them to matched users. Gifts are non-transferable and have no cash value. Pairly reserves the right to modify the gift catalog, pricing, and availability at any time.

7. Profile Verification

Pairly may offer profile verification features to help reduce fake accounts. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we do not guarantee the identity or intentions of any user. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software on Pairly are the property of Pairly or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Pairly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of Pairly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

Pairly may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused Love Coins will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

11. Disclaimers

Pairly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any information provided by other users is accurate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.

13. Changes to Terms

Pairly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
